Entry fee is $5.00 per bracket. Get 3 brackets for $10. You may enter as many brackets as you wish, but you must use a different name for each entry or you will override any previous entries.(add a #)
Fill out complete bracket. All entries must be received by Tip Off of first game. Please turn in your entry fee A.S.A.P.
We will pay 1st thru 4th place
Scoring - per correct pick
Round 1 = 1 point
Round 2 = 3 points
Round 3 = 5 points
Round 4 = 7 points
Round 5 = 9 points
Final = 11 points
